%26nbsp;%26nbsp;%26nbsp;%26nbsp;%26nbsp;%26nbsp; 随着石化工业的迅速发展,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(FPS)被大规模地生产及应用,从而造成了废FPS污染环境的问题。近年来,人们对废FPS进行回收利用的研究有了很大的进展,其中有:用其制建筑用密封胶、涂饰剂、生产隔音保温砖等。我们以废FPS为主要原料制备出一种建材用胶粘剂,其性能较好。%26nbsp;
(1)原料及试剂%26nbsp;
废FPS、甲苯、乙酸乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酸、正丁醇、OP乳化剂。%26nbsp;
(2)仪器%26nbsp;
电磁搅拌器、NDJ-7型旋转式粘度剂、WXJ-1型强度测定仪、501超级恒温槽、破碎机。%26nbsp;
(3)制备方法%26nbsp;
将一定量的废FPS破碎至粒度为0.5~1cm,置于250毫升烧杯中,加入一定量的水,再加入适量的清洗剂,搅拌清洗,然后用水反复漂洗干净,在烘箱中烤干,备用。%26nbsp;
取100毫升乙酸乙酯、50毫升甲苯于250毫升的三颈烧瓶中,加入102克烘干后的废FPS,同时开动搅拌器,使废FPS全部溶解,此时溶液呈无色透明状。将三颈烧瓶移入76~78度的恒温槽中水浴,加热搅拌30分钟,然后加入10毫升邻苯二甲酸二丁酯反应一小时。称取2.5克顺丁烯二酸酐,溶于50毫升水中配成溶液,将其缓慢加入到三颈烧瓶中,待温度升至78度后加速搅拌,再逐滴加入4毫升丙烯酸,70分钟后加入7毫升OP乳化剂,加热搅拌20分钟,加入10毫升正丁醇,继续搅拌30分钟,冷至室温即得胶粘剂。%26nbsp;
